Bathroom and Hallway

The pink tub and tile are after-market replacements, possibly from the 50s or 60s. The vanity is essentially brand new. The honeycomb flooring could well be original.

Many, many Phoenix homes of this period are built with each room serving as the hallway to the next room. Wallace's homes, by contrast, often feature this configuration of bedrooms: Two dead-end bedrooms off a hallway with the bathroom set between them.
