My friend Andrew Breese asked me to go through my own history, in light of both the real estate boom and the bust, detailing where I was wrong and where I was right.

Very big job, and it would be a long essay to write, so I’ve elected to go through it in video instead.

      Crazy to hear that Nevada is really at 114% LTV. Well, I guess I can believe it considering most of my past clients are all upside down by 60% or more.

      Great video, interesting how the times have changed. I like articles/videos that reflect on the past because they can help shape they way you run your business in the future.
