Sunday Morning Lead Machine

Real Estate Listing Print Ad:

Will have some results to report on this next week, but I’m thinking a half page ad with 8-12 of these babies lined up in a row could add some excitement to an agent’s Sunday morning?

This is going into a local newspaper? I can also see working something like that into a Craigslist ad…

Hi Ryan, I am minimal texter, can you explain the process of how your ad will convert–I am confused on what happens when they enter the numbers etc. there does not seem to be a phone number there or is there?

I would assume you are definitely appealing to a younger/techy niche with this conversion format?

      thanks jeffrey gordon

Cheryl – Yeah, giving it a whirl on print. And txt has been running at top of some reason craig’s posts too…

Jeffrey – When someone wants to see the interior pics, they’ll text the code and get instant access to a mobile website. The agent will also get that person’s cell number in real time in order to do a follow up call.

It’s a common misperception that this stuff is only for the younger crowd. On the contrary, this particular approach is for the geezers out there still reading print :)

There are plenty of baby boomers out there texting…Thousands if not 10′s of thousands in every marketplace…

Hi Ryan, thanks for the info.

I am still confused on the codes in the add. is the 2nd one a phone number? Sorry to be so dense, but I type very fast and texting feels like ADD to me.

did you see this article on working with youngers?

I can see this working quite well — for the 1 or 2 folks who still read the Sunday ads! It’s a really fun delivery system of info. How is it in terms of cost? Did it work? Can’t wait to hear your results.

Sorta, The first number is a code that you send to the second number…

So in this case the first number is tied to the code for that particular listing, while the second number is general to the (my) text messaging account.

Give it a shot… also, I’ve elaborated on this a little more over at my site:
