      That looks like boat launching reform efforts to me. This approach ends all that hazardous backing up with a trailer that the public needs to be protected from. If they hadn’t been delayed by conservatives, they would have had enough velocity to get the boat in the water.

      Al: This reform also eradicates the carbon footprint of both the boat and the truck. We have a little petro- spill, but the Coast Guard is on the way.
