Will you be repeating this? I missed it. I’ve done private lending from my own funds. Plenty of opportunity to fill the gaps where institutional lenders won’t go, but it would be great to fly up the 35,000 feet and get the view from your level.

Thanks to our lenders, Dean Huntley of Presidio Mortgage and Mitch Zeichner of Equity Funding Group, both in San Diego, CA.
Our call was attended by Two California originators, Robb Lejuwaan in Orange County and Marc Brinitzer in Sacramento. We were also joined by a land investor, Jon Morrow in Charlotte, NC.
Our call lasted about an hour and will be posted on Bloodhound with links in the next few days.

I live in the state of Michigan and I do some real property investments and sales of foreclosed property. I have several clients that I find foreclosed property for , but there credit sometimes is not A-1. The properties I find have 100K or more in equity. How do I broker a hard money deal for these clients, so I can make additional monies.
