Seth Godin in Phoenix: Is it a dip or a dead end?

About 350 people came out this morning to see Seth Godin discussing his new book, The Dip, at the Tempe Improv in suburban Phoenix. Jay Thompson promises to have coverage of the talk. For my own part, I was amazed that, other than Jay, we saw no one else we knew at the event.

As always, was good to see you and Cathleen. I had to RUN to the “facilites” when it ended, meant to say goodbye!

Likewise.
Heya!
I was there…
Maybe you guys just needed to invite more of your average friends, or make more friends @ the event.
By the way, I chose to be the best Seth Godin Photographer in the world. Small market, but that’s what I do. My Seth photos here:

[...] Pamela Slim (who I'm almost certain is who I was talking to in the book signing line) has an excellent write-up about Seth's Tempe presentation. So does Sean Tierney and Francine Hardaway, all of whom were in attendance. Our favorite bloodhounds, Greg and Cathleen were there too. [...]
