      The blame game results in solitaire. I was close to a person who must live by blaming others. What a lonely guy.

      Service matters, that is why I don’t understand how the mega agents with too many listings to serve properly, get more than too many listings. Larry Cragun

      Kim’s already on that. I told him he’ll have to do a compilation of my posts because I don’t like to write anything that is stagnant.

      Maybe after I’m blogging for 5 years…my only goal is to keep trying to look like the photo like Dear Abby.
