There’s always something to howl about

The New Incarnation of Something Great

As often happens, I am inspired by Mr. Swann. When he posted a few youtube clips of some great music, I was immediately reminded of one of my absolute favorite artists, P J Harvey. I was struck by the preternatural mystery of these two lady’s similarities. It seems that maybe P J is the living incarnation of Patti Smith. Feels good to dig up beloved and forgotten passions.

Two of my favorites! I actually have everything Patti Smith has ever recorded (I’ve bought all of her new releases over the years too). I have most of PJ’s stuff but not all.

Maybe we can have a BHB Music Section and push Rolling Stone out?

Patti’s new album, “12″ – of covers, is just fantastic.

      Wow, Russ.

I wouldn’t have pegged you as a fan of rather “alternative” music. As a general rule, I’m not a fan of female singers, but these are the exceptions. . .
