Three important real estate questions for an early Monday morning

Another killer day yesterday, almost 1,600 unique visitors on a Sunday. We’d have been lucky to have half this on a Sunday two months ago — and we were doing great then!
Just everyday content — lender stuff, Realtor stuff and the long tail. But here are three interesting questions to ask yourself this morning:
1. In the greatest real estate agent in the world contest, how did Greg Boser get to be number one — for now?
2. Why is Eric Blackwell going to win the contest in the end?
3. If you have a geographical listing farm, how can you dominate every possible search term referring to that farm with multiple page one entries?
Eric already figured out the answer to question number one, and he may or may not share his results with you.
I think he’s pledged to tell you the answer to question number two, once he wins the contest.
For the answer to question number three, you’ll have to come to Unchained. As before, I’m not terribly interested in being your buddy, and I for damned sure don’t want to be your wet nurse. But we have some brand new ideas about driving traffic — just the kind of seeing around corners ideas you expect from BloodhoundBlog. If you’re in business to make money, we’re going to show you a better way to be found by your clients — and a better way of working with them once they find you.

That is laying down a marker for me that I don’t wanna do! (grin) There is some TOUGH competition out there and you can expect that to only get tougher as time goes on.
Greg Boser has forgotten more about SEO than most folks know and has been at it a lot longer than me. I am just having fun and learning with this as I go…
So that everyone is clear, my strategy in this competition is team building and letting the team build the online authority from there…
I am honored to have competitors like Greg B, Ardell, Jay Thompson, Eric Bramlett, Ryan Ward, and MANY others out there.
I am more honored to have GREAT folks like Ken Smith, Mike Dammann, Wayne Long, Judy Orr, Jennifer Karlen (and Jon), Knox and ummm…GREG SWANN to be part of TEAM ERIC. Many others as well-just not thinking fast enough this am to remember them all.
I invite ANYONE to join our team. Online authority requires teamwork! I can use all that I can get!
And friendly competition generates learning. It is a good thing!

Hi, Tom. I have the paired advantages of ignorance and enthusiasm, the total commitment of a fan. But look at where Eric is this morning.
Good job on the #2 spot, Eric! Shouldn’t be much longer til you knock off Greg for the top spot. Then the real fun begins…maintaining that #1 spot!
@Tom- you are 100% correct. (as I said above) It is an honor to share the page with him. This is not about me vs him AT ALL…any of the people on the top 30 spots right now could win this thing…just a matter of creativity. Many of them are TOTALLY capable of it…
Not so much about spammin and jammin for me…just building up relationships ALL OVER the place with my friends and their friends…viral…and helping Google to see that they are my friends. (@Greg Swann’s point)

I appreciate all the comments, but I’m not finding my post at #1. And even it it does end up there at some point, I doubt it will stay because I’m not really competing. (Way to much client work right now)
Where it falls we be based solely on the level of authority my blog may have. While it’s possible that my site has a bit more authority then some of the other competitors, my guess is they’ll be able to overcome that by May based on the volume of links everyone is pushing out.
Greg, if all you’re using is previously established online authority, then you’ve certainly got a lot of it, cuz you’re still at #3.
