Let’s agree on the rules per Sellsius and our comments thereafter.
1) 100 must be real estate or tech related - so that leaves me only one option while you can feel free to go both ways
2) I have my “theme” but reserve the right to change it at post number 61, so I’m not telling.
3) One person solo only as opposed to Sellsius original 2 person team permitted.
4) Posts must be numbered
5) No pre-preparation of posts.
6) Post as you go in real time
7) I don’t understand the last rule. Sellsius says “Plus include 1 juicy bonus post of your chice for post #101
Does that mean I get a juicy bonus or save the best for last or last can be on any topic without restriction or something else.
I’d hate to get to 101 and get disqualified because I don’t understand the bonus round

> What do you think?
All that’s fine with me.
I’d rather post a string of curse words for 101
