The "stunning masterpiece" has its features. Less impressive from outside than from within, and the surrounding homes aren't improved to the same level of expenditure. There's an appraisal inside the house for $230,000.

This is the new stuff from today. Most of it is not fruitful, and I ended up skipping quite a few houses at the low end of the price spectrum because they were pretty ordinary. The challenge is to eliminate houses, which might not be hard. If you see something you're interested in, you can swap over to the listings to see more.
