Ryland At Heritage Point

This is one of my favorite subdivisions for rental homes. Good shopping right nearby, with a large jobs base within a few miles. Ryland at Heritage Point has a community pool, a strong selling point.

Many of these homes have failing dual-pane windows in the fenestration windows in Master Bedrooms and Master Bathrooms. The rubber spacers are cooking in the sun's heat. This is not great, but not awful. The windows are small and cheap to replace. The larger windows have aluminum spacers.
