This house looks to me like an abandoned rental -- in other words an eviction. All of the furniture is still in, much of it is really really good furniture, especially in the master bedroom. In the guest bedrooms is just kind of cheap stuff. There's a ton of garbage in the back yard, there's another ton of garbage in the garage. My guess is that nobody is ever going to come back and clean this out, and so if we're going to buy it, I would recommend buying it as is with everything included.
