Glenhurst

Glenhurst should be doing better than it is. It was built in the heat of the boom, with the result that too many of the homes were sold to investors. They lost the homes in the bust, with the result that some very nice homes in a subdivision with a community pool have pretty consistently underperformed against the nearby market.
