Sun Room
This may be the most spectacular room in the home. It is essentially an enclosed patio, a further elaboration on the idea of the Arizona Room. But it ends up being so much more than this. It's plumbed and powered like livable space, so it's no accident that so much living takes place here. It's not ducted through to the home's air conditioning system, but it has its own evaporative cooler. What's more, when the doors leading to the Sitting Room and the Master Suite Sitting Room are open, the Sun Room is comfortably cool on even the hottest of days. The walls of windows and the skylights let in the light while keeping the heat at bay, and the wet bar stands ready to quench the driest throat.
These windows look back toward the Sitting Room.
Yes, it's a wet bar.
Two skylights invite in even more light, yet the room stays cool on even the hottest days.
This is the doorway leading back to the Master Suite Sitting Room.
These are cannister lights over the bar.
And this is track lighting on the opposite wall.
