We are focusing on the nations true top producers to interview. And any agent who has done something exceptional. For example, we are doing an interview with an agent who sold 50 homes in his first year….07 is his second year and he currently has 50 listings and 20 pendings. I love Russell Shaw. He is a “no compromise” communicator who tells the blunt truth. I am a seven year real estate agent who has been looking for a tail wind to get into and have found Russell to be that guy.
