The hounds represented.<br \/>\nMichael Cook wrote an <a title=\"cook\" href=\"http:\/\/activerain.com\/blogsview\/51084\/How-to-Value-Options\">analysis of the pricing of real estate &#8220;options&#8221;<\/a> dismissing a parallel to the Black-Sholes options pricing model in favor of the binomial pricing model (probablity analysis). VERY econo-geeky! I loved it!<\/p>\n<p>Greg Swann <a title=\"dollar\" href=\"http:\/\/activerain.com\/blogsview\/49406\/The-Math-of-Real\">walked us through the trickle-down of a commission dollar<\/a> as it withered away but built a mountain.
