{"id":11986,"date":"2010-05-14T16:46:46","date_gmt":"2010-05-14T23:46:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=11986"},"modified":"2010-05-14T16:46:46","modified_gmt":"2010-05-14T23:46:46","slug":"dawn-in-america-the-american-evolution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/11986\/dawn-in-america-the-american-evolution\/","title":{"rendered":"Dawn in America:  The American Evolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ll say it out loud;\u00a0\u00a0 I like that Arizona Immigration Law.\u00a0 I was initially unclear about it but I read the text , alongside the text of the 4th Amendment.\u00a0 For me, it boiled down to what\u00a0 an &#8220;<a title=\"text of 4th Amendment\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fourth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution#Text\">unreasonable search<\/a>&#8221; is and what is &#8220;<a title=\"sb1070\" href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/legtext\/49leg\/2r\/summary\/h.sb1070_asamendedbyhb2162.doc.htm\">reasonable suspicion<\/a>&#8220;.\u00a0 At the end of the day, I have to trust that the law enforcement officers will follow both the letter and the spirit of the law.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s not why I like this law so much.\u00a0 I support open borders. \u00a0 As far as I&#8217;m concerned, let anyone come into this country&#8230;only after we have abolished all the silly federal subsidies like health care, public education, and welfare for all.\u00a0 Until we do that, we have to ration those silly programs and the litmus test of citizenship seems a reasonable enough hurdle for that rationing.<\/p>\n<p>I like it because a state had a problem, couldn&#8217;t get the Federal Government to enforce its laws, and decided to take matters into its own hands.\u00a0 This law was more powerful than <a title=\"nullification\" href=\"http:\/\/florida.tenthamendmentcenter.com\/2010\/05\/5310-tom-woods-on-the-lew-rockwell-show-nullification\/\">nullification<\/a> or <a title=\"secession\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=H4NZnHDmnu8\">secession<\/a> because it asserted the state&#8217;s sovereignty, while being in full compliance with the Federal statute. <strong>It worked <em>within<\/em> the system and exposed the system for the folly that it is.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I like it because it is the <a title=\"bunker hill\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Battle_of_Bunker_Hill\">Bunker Hill<\/a> of the American Evolution.\u00a0 Notice I didn&#8217;t use an R in that word.\u00a0 I&#8217;m optimistic that reason will triumph over irrational thought in The American Evolution.\u00a0 There will be no violence nor bloodshed in the American Evolution but there will be a test of wills.\u00a0 I&#8217;m watching it unfold right now:<\/p>\n<p>Arizona made a law.\u00a0\u00a0 A few California cities and a Texas city decided to boycott Arizona, for enacting that law.\u00a0 No conventions, no trade, no money whatsover, from these &#8220;progressive&#8221; cities, for the &#8220;racists&#8221; in Arizona.\u00a0 Sadly, <a title=\"san diego\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sandiego6.com\/mostpopular\/story\/San-Diego-Schools-Boycott-Arizona\/7ApG2vuFfkmS5N-VXWjBgw.cspx\">my city<\/a> followed San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Austin in the boycott.\u00a0 Pretty stupid, huh?\u00a0 Well,\u00a0 California politicians live in a narcissistic bubble.\u00a0 The past California influence on the world&#8217;s economy has afforded them the luxury of doing what they want, in SPITE of local businesses.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;until today.<\/p>\n<p>San Diegans are yelling\u00a0 &#8220;<a title=\"psyche\" href=\"http:\/\/www.urbandictionary.com\/define.php?term=psyche\">Psyche<\/a>&#8221;
