If you visit Morgan’s personal weblog<\/a>, you’ll see that he is a man in deep earnest about reform in the mortgage lending industry. I’m a believer, and yet I know from first-hand experience that bearding the lions of the old guard is very effective as a marketing strategy. Plus which, it’s fun.<\/p>\n Realtors are not immune from the charge of being Pollyannas, so for quite some time I’ve been interested in entertaining a voice from The Dark Side, as it were. I’m not accusing Morgan of being dour — very much the countrary — but he will certainly bring us a take on the news you won’t hear from our other contributors.
