Type the letter &#8220;R&#8221; and Realtor.com appears in the search result list.No button click required. Keep typing and the search results change on the fly.<\/p>\n<p>My first impression as a user is positive.\u00a0 It is just neat.\u00a0 As a geek, I marvel at the engineering and infrastructure required to pull this off for millions of simultaneous users. As a guy who helps real estate companies with SEO and SEM &#8212; I&#8217;m still figuring it out.<\/p>\n<p>What is clear is that Google has fundamentally changed search, and quite possibly has raised the bar for search user experience &#8212; unless the novelty wears off and it becomes annoying.<\/p>\n<p>What is far less clear is what this means for SEO and SEM.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2010\/09\/08\/google-instant-seo\/\">TechCrunch <\/a>has one of the more level and least speculative write ups on that&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/searchengineland.com\/will-google-instant-kill-the-long-tail-50110\">SearchEngineLand<\/a>, on the other hand, seem to be trying\u00a0 not to wet its pants&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Say hello to Google Instant, launched overnight.
