Daniel Rothamel over at The Real Estate Zebra, just returned from his first CCIM course, CI 101. I note this because as I wrote recently in these pages<\/a>, if you wish to truly advise investors, you should actually know something about after tax cash flow analysis, income taxes as they relate to investing, 1031 exchanges, and the like.<\/p>\n
