I agree with Jeff that giving good service while failing to achieve the main objective is a useless vanity<\/a>. The Bawldguy champions results, but I would offer the further caveat that the goal of any business should be to achieve full customer satisfaction. That’s something that I’ve been meaning to write about for a while, but I’ve been kind of tied up with, you know, actually doing<\/em> it — and getting better at it, I hope.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, tomorrow is the first day of the last month of the first quarter of 2011.
