Looking over our numbers, canceling the crap that aint working and signing up for stuff that might&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>For me, (ever since I read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Millionaire-Real-Estate-Agent\/dp\/B003N08RS6\" target=\"_blank\">MREA<\/a> back in 2004) the modus o has always been &#8220;If I get a shitload of traffic, and generate a shitload of leads, and set them all up for some kind of semi-automated follow up,  I&#8217;ll make more money.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Guessing a lot of the folks reading this agree, though some of us have bigger &#8220;balls&#8221; then others and are willing to spend a lot more on lead gen then we do on food&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Right now my favorite way to generate leads is with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10152149530179474&#038;set=a.10152149528079474.1073741826.158000949473&#038;type=1\">dirty little Facebook ads<\/a> that drive traffic to dirty little <a href=\"http:\/\/propertunityknocks.com\/foreclosures\/?base=ryan.searchinpa&#038;location=York,Pa\">squeeze pages like this<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10152149530179474&#038;set=a.10152149528079474.1073741826.158000949473&#038;type=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Screen-Shot-2013-12-31-at-9.45.41-AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2013-12-31 at 9.45.41 AM\" width=\"307\" height=\"379\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Screen-Shot-2013-12-31-at-9.45.41-AM.png 307w, https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Screen-Shot-2013-12-31-at-9.45.41-AM-243x300.png 243w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 307px) 100vw, 307px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>How are you doing it? <\/p>\n<p>(I&#8217;ll show you more about mine if you show me yours&#8230;) <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let&#8217;s get back to it.
