{"id":16485,"date":"2014-08-25T13:02:08","date_gmt":"2014-08-25T20:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=16485"},"modified":"2014-08-25T13:02:08","modified_gmt":"2014-08-25T20:02:08","slug":"getting-a-san-diego-condo-va-approved-adds-value-to-service-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/16485\/getting-a-san-diego-condo-va-approved-adds-value-to-service-members\/","title":{"rendered":"Getting a San Diego Condo VA-Approved Adds Value To Service Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Debra Brady and I are experts at VA-financing.\u00a0 One of the things we do very well is secure a <a title=\"va condo plex approvalaom\" href=\"http:\/\/activerain.trulia.com\/blogsview\/1393215\/three-tips-for-faster-va-condo-approvals-\" target=\"_blank\">VA condo complex approval<\/a> for condominiums which aren&#8217;t agency approved.\u00a0 <a title=\"brian brady va loans\" href=\"http:\/\/delmar.typepad.com\/brianbrady\/2014\/08\/to-any-service-members-who-are-interested-in-using-their-va-loan-option.html\" target=\"_blank\">Some comments <\/a>from a recent <a title=\"yelp\" href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/world-wide-credit-corporation-san-diego-2\" target=\"_blank\">YELP <\/a>review:<\/p>\n<p><em>I started the home buying process while still on deployment, and Brian graciously worked with me across 13 time zones to begin explaining the ins and outs of home buying<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>This is actually kind of fun for me.\u00a0 With technology, deployed service members can communicate with me well in advance of buying.\u00a0 Many times, when deployed,\u00a0 they have free time with little to do.\u00a0 They use Gchat, Facebook Messenger, Skype, and email to communicate with me.\u00a0 Sometimes it makes for some weird hours but I enjoy finally meeting them when they return to the States.<\/p>\n<p><em>I googled VA home approval, and his was the first name to pop up. \u00a0Brian is an absolute master at working with the VA.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s what I love to hear&#8211;that we come up first on Google Search for this topic.<\/p>\n<div id=\"stcpDiv\"><em>Brian took my wife and I out for cocktails to explain in person the different loan rates and explain the decision making process for each of them, and Debra worked like a fiend to make sure thinks were done WELL ahead of time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is how Debra and I work.\u00a0 I spend most of my time &#8220;selling&#8221; real estate agents and educating clients and Debra gets the loan done.\u00a0 When we&#8217;re clicking properly, I am &#8220;Mr. Outside&#8221; and she is &#8220;Mrs. Inside&#8221;.\u00a0 Clients know that she is in the office, every day from 8AM until 230PM each day and available on the telephone.\u00a0 This frees me up to: (a) find more business for us and (b) properly educate home buyers about the process.\u00a0 We pride ourselves on &#8220;no surprises&#8221;
