The seller does not want to came down on her price and we cannot pay more. We are $20,000 apart.<\/p>\n<p>What I would like is for all parties involved &#8212; the buyer, the seller and the two agents &#8212; to come to the table to make up the difference.<\/p>\n<p>Have you heard of a situation like this?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Alas, I have.<\/p>\n<p>I can be pretty free about using commission dollars to solve problems with transactions, but there are constraints.
