FSBOs are extinct or nearly so\n<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. Foreclosure\/short sale market thriving\n<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Great market for buyer&#8217;s agents (you can negotiate)\n<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Declining prices opens market to more first-time buyers\n<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Sellers willing to listen to reality\n<\/li>\n<li><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Sellers need us now and THEY know it<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Realtor optimism, yes. For sellers, not so much.
