Once everyone has had full and fair opportunity to be considered, you pick on the merits. Both the Constitution and the Civil Rights Act make it clear that it is wrong to hire people based on race.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This would be the opposite of what Redfin.com’s CEO Glenn Kelman and other proud-mouthed openly-racist corporate weenies are bragging about doing.<\/p>\n

Played, paid or afraid? Why would these ignominious clowns publicly boast<\/em> about deliberately making hiring errors? The truth is, they’re simply juveniles, saying what they think it takes to get by.<\/p>\n
