The babies don\u2019t know\u00a0it.\u201d<\/p><\/div>Who can deny that the Supreme Court is useless?<\/p>\n<p>Just in the last year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It gutted the Takings Clause by refusing to shut down the CDC&#8217;s completely lawless eviction moratorium \u2013 now renewed under the \u2018what are you gonna do about it?\u2019 principle.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>It wreaked chaos in the eastern half of Oklahoma, undermining a century of common understandings about who governs what.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>And by finding the words &#8220;sexual orientation&#8221; where they are entirely absent from any statute, it rendered unemployable anyone who won&#8217;t refer to a he as a she or to an individual in the plural.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Supreme Court was sold to conservatives and libertarians as the last, best hope for freedom. Instead, it has delivered us to Room 101: Lie or die, no exceptions.<\/p>\n<p>Nice going, asswipes.
