Wanna buy some leads?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So I got spammed by Realtor.com this morning. Turns out that they&#8217;re not soaking enough money out of us already for the privilege of repackaging the content <i>we<\/i> provide to <i>them<\/i>. Now they want to sell us CMA leads, a la HouseValues.com. These leads would have stunk <i>pre<\/i>-Zillow, but I can&#8217;t imagine how they could be worth anything at all by now. So I&#8217;ve been kinda grumpy about this all day. But then I had a warm call, a motivated buyer from Realtor.com. Cathy&#8217;s been optimizing our stuff there (with money, mostly), so maybe it&#8217;s paying off.
