{"id":2833,"date":"2008-03-25T13:11:03","date_gmt":"2008-03-25T20:11:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=2833"},"modified":"2008-03-25T13:54:34","modified_gmt":"2008-03-25T20:54:34","slug":"less-is-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/2833\/less-is-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Less is More"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If I asked you \u201cwhat business are you in\u201d and your answer is \u201cthe real estate business,\u201d you (like 98% of REALTORS\u00ae) are wrong according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.russer.com\/index.php\">Michael Russer of Russer Communications<\/a>.\u00a0 Michael is a genius of sorts; he claimed the title Mr. Internet before we even found out that Al Gore invented it.\u00a0 Russer was tech before tech was cool. He made quite a name for himself in real estate circles back in the 90\u2019s with his Mr. Internet moniker and a passionate belief that the Internet is not about technology, it is about connecting people.
