{"id":3100,"date":"2008-05-11T21:08:31","date_gmt":"2008-05-12T04:08:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=3100"},"modified":"2008-05-11T21:37:31","modified_gmt":"2008-05-12T04:37:31","slug":"put-voicemail-testimonials-on-your-blog-or-website-audio-editing-for-salespeople","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/3100\/put-voicemail-testimonials-on-your-blog-or-website-audio-editing-for-salespeople\/","title":{"rendered":"Put Voicemail Testimonials On Your Blog Or Website: Audio Editing For SalesPeople."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Social proof.&#160; It&#8217;s what people need to do business with you.&#160; They may not say it <em>consciously<\/em>, but they need it.&#160; One of my (many) websites, at Ten Day Team, I&#8217;ve put up some significant <a href=\"http:\/\/tendayteam.com\/testimonials\">testimonials<\/a>.&#160; Realtors are always afraid that several things will happen:&#160; The lender won&#8217;t return his calls, the lender won&#8217;t get the job done, there will be endless delays, and they won&#8217;t get paid.
