This is not very far from the way things used to be done in Arizona, except that, because of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=\/const\/26\/1.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Article 26 to the state constitution<\/a>, lawyers are not required to effect the transfer of real property.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.sellsiusrealestate.com\/?p=2003\" target=\"_blank\">Sellsius&deg; whispers a plan for Zillowing Redfin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvillearearealestate.com\/2006\/09\/washington_conf.html\" target=\"_blank\">is swinging<\/a> for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvillearearealestate.com\/2006\/09\/in_my_previous_.html\" target=\"_blank\">the fences<\/a>, and he plans to look at at least one more pitch. The topic: NAR, MLS, IDX, VOW, DOJ (wasn&#8217;t that a song in <i>Hair<\/i>?). I think this is a classic example where doing nothing would have resolved the whole problem within a few months: NAR implements VOW policy as planned with opt-out provision. Dinosaurs opt-out. Young turks counter-market: &#8220;Why are they <i>hiding<\/i> your listing?&#8221; Dinosaurs opt-in. What we&#8217;ll get, eventually, will be years late and much worse.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.futureofrealestatemarketing.com\/windermeres-property-point-hits-a-home-run\/\" target=\"_blank\">Joel kicks the tires<\/a> on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=331\" target=\"_blank\">Windermere map mash-up<\/a>: Windermere&#8217;s Property Point hits a home run.<\/p>\n<p>We began this day with <a href=\"http:\/\/therealestatebloggers.com\/2006\/09\/13\/online-real-estate-companies-gaining-momentum-but-little-traction\/\" target=\"_blank\">a thoroughgoing article from The Realty Bloggers about Real Estate 2.0<\/a> that happened to say nice things about BloodhoundRealty.com. We&#8217;ll end the day the same way, with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlpodcast.com\/blog\/2006\/09\/commentary-real-estate-20-party.html\" target=\"_blank\">a rigorous call to arms from Mike Price at Mike&#8217;s Corner<\/a> that also says some nice things about BloodhoundRealty.com. Saying nice things about us is incidental.
