Who&#8217;s number one?<\/p>\n<p>Sacramento, California, believe it or not.<\/p>\n<p>Surely this is a mistake. Note these important Sacramento defects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It freezes in Sacramento, several times a year<\/li>\n<li>It rains 18 inches a year, three times more than anyone should have to abide<\/li>\n<li>It&#8217;s only 17 feet above sea level, which can&#8217;t be good<\/li>\n<li>The population of the city is only 400,000&#8211;a little more than Mesa<\/li>\n<li>Worst of all: It&#8217;s in California!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But: There is no accounting for taste.
