Pat&#8217;s background is technology, rather than real estate, so he devotes his days to asking questions no one in the San Francisco real estate industry wants answered.<\/p>\n<p>As with <a href=\"http:\/\/kevinboer.blogspot.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kevin Boer<\/a>, with whom he has a loose alliance of like minds, Pat&#8217;s work is highly analytical &#8212; although less reliant on graphs and charts.<\/p>\n<p>In all honesty, I don&#8217;t know where TransparentRE fits into the real estate food chain. I&#8217;m inclined to think that Pat is an incipient technology vendor.<\/p>\n<p>The weblogging platform is WebSite Tonight, which I believe is offered by hosting vendors such as Godaddy.com.
