Cliff&#8217;s Notes: The sky remains unfallen.<\/p>\n<p>Two of note from Daniel Rothamel at The Real Estate Zebra: <a href=\"http:\/\/realestatezebra.com\/pre-game-pre-game-pre-game\" target=\"_blank\">Working with clients before the real game starts to make sure they understand the process<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/realestatezebra.com\/realtors-called-for-technial-foul-unsportsmanlike-conduct\" target=\"_blank\">some unsavory games being run north of the border<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Holy Cow! <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pressreal.com\/index.php\/2006\/10\/11\/marketing-in-the-new-millenium\/\" target=\"_blank\">PressReal.com has been reading our mail!<\/a> No, not really, but the advice they offer to sellers is remarkably like the things we do for our sellers. (Realtors: Would you like to know how to justify your commissions? Doing more for the money goes a long, long way.) But wait. There&#8217;s more. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pressreal.com\/index.php\/2006\/10\/10\/more-cause-and-effect\/\" target=\"_blank\">Plummeting costs for building materials suggest it may be wiser to build than buy<\/a>. These are serious folks with a very professional approach to real estate commentary.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s Double-Bubble trouble at <a href=\"http:\/\/360digest.com\/2006\/10\/09\/best-of-the-bubble-blogs\/\" target=\"_blank\">360 Digest<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.raincityguide.com\/2006\/10\/09\/there-will-never-be-a-real-estate-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rain City Guide<\/a>, with <a href=\"http:\/\/sandiegohomeblog.com\/2006\/10\/10\/bubble-babies-and-teenagers\/\" target=\"_blank\">cavitation echoes in San Diego<\/a> and who knows where else. The ugly truth is, if you resolve to lay down with fleas, you had better be prepared to fight like a dog.
