We <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/weblog\/2006\/02\/how-to-make-headlines-by-ignoring-news.html\">reinforced this idea<\/a> on February 8th, and many times since then.<\/p>\n<p>Today, March 21st, Dr. Jay Butler of ASU&#8217;s Center for the Extended Belaborment of the Obvious, <a href=\"http:\/\/phoenix.bizjournals.com\/phoenix\/stories\/2006\/03\/20\/daily16.html\">finally arrives at the same conclusion<\/a>, even though the trend has been obvious since the end of January.
