{"id":6490,"date":"2009-01-10T10:32:27","date_gmt":"2009-01-10T17:32:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=6490"},"modified":"2009-01-10T10:32:27","modified_gmt":"2009-01-10T17:32:27","slug":"every-team-needs-a-rake-my-10-skillz-payz-the-billz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/6490\/every-team-needs-a-rake-my-10-skillz-payz-the-billz\/","title":{"rendered":"Every Team Needs a Rake: My 1.0 skillz payz the billz."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the spirit of transparency, let&#8217;s get something out on the table.\u00a0 I&#8217;m a <a id=\"nqws\" title=\"rake\" href=\"http:\/\/www.powerseductionandwar.com\/archives\/in_praise_of_th.phtml\">rake<\/a>.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve spent a total of 3 years full time in Real Estate, and another 4 in mortgages.\u00a0 Today?\u00a0 I&#8217;m using the phone to bang out deals as a freelancer. \u00a0 I was dually licensed for about a year.\u00a0 My first full year was 2003, and I sold 31 sides.\u00a0 My second year, I sold 38, and in 2005, I sold 42.\u00a0 Context.
