On-the-spot real estate news coverage only a few weeks late . . ."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>October 26th: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=574\" target=\"_blank\">NCRC files specious complaint against Zillow.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>November 19th: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azcentral.com\/arizonarepublic\/business\/articles\/1119biz-catherine1119.html\" target=\"_blank\">Crack <i>Arizona Republic<\/i> real estate reporter Catherine Reagor yawns, burps, goes back to sleep<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The popular Web site zillow.com gets a lot of hits as people frequently check the values of their homes and their neighbors&#8217; in the fast-changing housing market. <\/p>\n<p>But not everyone agrees with Zillow&#8217;s figures. I have received several calls and e-mails from people questioning its data. The National Community Reinvestment Coalition agrees. The Washington, D.C.-based non-profit has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission saying Zillow&#8217;s home-valuation tool is inaccurate.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Further deponent sayeth not.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=134\" target=\"_blank\">Reagor was <i>in love<\/i> with Zillow when it was brand new<\/a>, but this was because she hadn&#8217;t bothered to test it.
