Twitter is mostly useless.\u00a0 Mostly.\u00a0 For Realtors, it quickly descends into an online echo chamber of people telling one another how great they are, and how they’d never cold call…and oddly, how much their business is down, and how many people screwed them out of something.\u00a0 What a drag.\u00a0 Realtors, PLEASE.\u00a0 Support each other, don’t spread the misery.<\/p>\n
Twitter is mostly useless.\u00a0 Most Realtors are also mostly\u00a0 useless, so A would follow\u00a0 B.\u00a0 Now, I’ve been on the record saying twitter is mostly useless.\u00a0 I do it anyway.\u00a0 This will get mumbling idiots crying, “HypoTwit” as if it was the worst sin I can commit.\u00a0 Whatever, I’m here to win.\u00a0 Think whatcho like.\u00a0 I intend to continue, and I intend to sift through the useless BS and make the most out of Twitter.\u00a0 I intend to make $25,000 on Twitter in the next 65 days.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any Realtor could, so could any mortgage broker, or any of us revolting ‘vendors.’<\/p>\n
The plan is untested and I know it will work.\u00a0 Watch:<\/p>\n
1.) Add people in my area\/field.\u00a0\u00a0 For a Realtor\u00ae it’ll be people in the area.\u00a0\u00a0 A chorus of other Realtors\u00ae thinking they are cool does nothing for their AMEX<\/span> bill, and creates a false sense of efficacy.\u00a0 Cut through that.<\/p>\n 2.
