His new weblog (blogrolled, of course) is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bawldguy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">BawldGuy Talking<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thehamptons.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Hamptons Real Estate Blog<\/a> (blogrolled) has also moved to a new WordPress platform. One less Blogger weblog out there. The speed at which people can abandon software platforms should give every Google investor pause.<\/p>\n<p>On that subject, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phoenixrealestateguy.com\/a-new-real-estate-blogging-platform\/199\" target=\"_blank\">The Phoenix Real Estate Guy has news about a new Point 2 Agent weblogging platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelandlordblog.com\/2006\/11\/18\/attention-re-bloggers\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Landlord Blog has started a Carnival of Real Estate Investing<\/a>. I like the specialization. There are some very smart people in that corner of the RE.net.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/3oceansrealestate.com\/blog\/realbird-flies-high.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kevin Boer at Three Oceans Realty has maps!<\/a> I am ambivalent about whether map searching actually does anything to sell houses, but it&#8217;s slicker than whale snot anyway. Kevin also has a real estate office in <a href=\"http:\/\/3oceansrealestate.com\/blog\/real-estate-office-in-a-box.html\" target=\"_blank\">two<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/3oceansrealestate.com\/blog\/real-estate-office-in-a-box-part-2.html\" target=\"_blank\">boxes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rsspieces.com\/2006\/11\/18\/ultimate-guide-to-domain-names\" target=\"_blank\">RSS Pieces has a great article on choosing the right domain name<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mocoreal.blogspot.com\/2006\/11\/good-time-to-rent.html\" target=\"_blank\">Rent or buy?<\/a> Ask Todd Tarson at MOCO Real Estate News. I&#8217;m on the bubble on this question, and, not to bust any bubblehead bubbles, but I&#8217;m selling more houses than I expected to at this time of year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blueroof.wordpress.com\/2006\/11\/21\/why-zillow-is-relevant\/\" target=\"_blank\">Greg Tracy at BlueRoof.com Blog argues that Zillow is relevant, accuracy be damned<\/a>. I agree from a different direction. Zillow is the elephant in the room right now. Its relevance is a given. <a href=\"http:\/\/bawldguy.wordpress.com\/2006\/11\/08\/zillow-is-the-pong-of-real-estate-valuation\/\" target=\"_blank\">As the BalwdGuy says, Zillow might be Pong<\/a>, ultimately just a blip on technology&#8217;s radar. Okayfine. But: Pong was big news for its time.<\/p>\n<p>Send a prayer out, if you can, for <a href=\"http:\/\/jdalton.realtownblogs.com\/when-real-estate-matters-not-\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jonathan Dalton&#8217;s father<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/jdalton.realtownblogs.com\/blame-dirk-koetter\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pneumonia<\/a>, the worst of house guests &#8212; shows up unexpectedly and takes forever to clear out. Take good care of your own selves, too, as the weather cools.
