First, I want to say thank you for providing such an incredible resource. Second, I have a question that I&#8217;d like to ask of you and all of the other incredible writers (and readers)&#160;on your site: What are your top recommendations for a Realtor just starting out in today&#8217;s market? What are the most important things that I can be doing to guarantee my future success?<br \/>\n&#160;<br \/>\nI realize that I have picked a&#160;very difficult&#160;time to start as a Realtor, but I&#8217;m convinced that&#160;once I weather this storm and become successful now, I can look forward to a great career in the future.
