Ryan dropped out of a Philly college and started selling real estate at age 19 in 1998. He invested pretty much all of the GCI he earned in his early 20’s on beer, mushrooms, and florida. Then a wife and some kids showed up, so he figured out a way to “settle down” by replacing 7 day Realtor work weeks with lead-generation\/blogging\/tech-type gigs at a few local RE\/MAX offices.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
