Questions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1)\u00a0 Should blogs\/consumer advocacy websites enjoy the same First Amendment protections as traditional press?<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0 Does Justice McHugh’s decision disturb you as much as it disturbs me?<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0 On the other hand, how is a company like The Mortgage Specialists\u00a0 (innocent until proven otherwise) protected against an insider leaking confidential documents, the validity of which is yet to be substantiated?<\/p>\n

I am a proponent of the ML-Implode-O-Meter and a believer in Aaron Krowne.\u00a0 So I’m afraid I could be biased here.\u00a0 However, if you share my opinion regarding the sanctity of the First Amendment:<\/p>\n

a)\u00a0 Aaron has created a few advocacy groups on Facebook<\/a> so please look him up if interested.<\/p>\n

b)\u00a0 Here’s a list of volunteers<\/a> helping Aaron.<\/p>\n

Perhaps Aaron himself puts it best:<\/p>\n

“If the order stands, a flood of similar lawsuits filed by corporations against ‘whistleblower’ and consumer advocacy web sites could appear across the country”<\/em><\/p>\n
