I went questing last week for a Realtor in Madison<\/a>. I heard from precisely two people. One was a paranoid dinosaur who was convinced a free referral must be a scam. The other is a star in the making, I think.<\/p>\n

I don’t know yet if she’s a good fit for my budding real estate investor friend, but I was so knocked out by the seriousness of her commitment to real estate that I asked her to join us here.<\/p>\n

So: Permit me to introduce Jolenta Averill, an independent real estate broker from Madison, Wisconsin:<\/a><\/p>\n
