{"id":82,"date":"2006-07-11T23:34:48","date_gmt":"2006-07-12T06:34:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/?p=82"},"modified":"2007-05-12T16:34:28","modified_gmt":"2007-05-12T23:34:28","slug":"why-stop-at-recycling-the-newsprint","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/82\/why-stop-at-recycling-the-newsprint\/","title":{"rendered":"Why stop at recycling the newsprint?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s deja vu all over again at the <i>Arizona Republic<\/i>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azcentral.com\/arizonarepublic\/business\/articles\/0712biz-phx-cottage0712.html\" target=\"_blank\">Magazine names Willo district one of top cottage communities<\/a> it says in  Wednesday&#8217;s paper:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>They&#8217;re busting their buttons in the downtown Phoenix neighborhood of Willo.<\/p>\n<p>Cottage Living magazine has named the historic district as one of the &#8220;Top 10 Cottage Communities in America.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A profile of the neighborhood, generally bounded by Central and Seventh avenues and Thomas and McDowell roads, will appear in the July\/August 2006 issue of the national publication.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Great news. Trouble is, it&#8217;s old news. The same article <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azcentral.com\/community\/phoenix\/articles\/0630phx-cottage0630Z3.html\" target=\"_blank\">ran in the paper on June 30th<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/redirect?link_code=as2&#038;path=ASIN\/B000EGCIXC&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=9325\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"B000EGCIXC.01._AA_SCMZZZZZZZ_V63339862_.jpg\"\/><\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=gregswann-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B000EGCIXC\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" style=\"border:none !important; margin:0px !important;\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Oh, what the heck.
