Brady anticipates coordinating events like this on a quarterly basis.<\/p>\n<p>Cathleen Collins and I were there, along with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phoenixrealestateguy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jay Thompson, The Phoenix Real Estate Guy<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/myblog.daltonsazhomes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jonathan Dalton<\/a>. In a perfect expression of the weblogging ideal, <a href=\"http:\/\/myblog.daltonsazhomes.com\/?p=12\" target=\"_blank\">Jonathan already has an excellent post up on the event<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One of the things I spoke about, and promised to elaborate on in a post, is the push toward local content, local interest, and, especially, local inbound links. I&#8217;ll write that up over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Afterward, Brian, Cathleen and I spoke at length about Big Picture issues relating to real estate weblogging. One thought we had was to emulate the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.raincityguide.com\/2006\/05\/05\/teaching-effective-blogging-to-realtors\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bloginars<\/a> held in Seattle and other cities by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.raincityguide.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dustin Luther and Russ Cofano of Rain City Guide<\/a>.
