I should be. I lived in the Valley of the Sun for twelve years. I was married in <a title=\"st mary's\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stmarysbasilica.org\/\">St. Mary&#8217;s Basilica<\/a>, celebrated that conjugal union at <a title=\"heritage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.phoenix.gov\/PARKS\/heritage.html\">Heritage Square<\/a>, and watch my daughter come into this world at <a title=\"st jospephs\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stjosephs-phx.org\/intradoc-cgi\/idc_cgi_isapi.dll?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&#038;nodeId=5001534\">St. Joseph&#8217;s Hospital<\/a>. I&#8217;ve lent money on mansions in Mesa and mobile homes in Marana. I&#8217;ve dined at <a title=\"durants\" href=\"http:\/\/www.durantsaz.com\/\">Durant&#8217;s<\/a> and drank beer at the Downside Risk.<\/p>\n<p>I love living and working San Diego but have bias towards Phoenix. Bias nothwithstanding&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Phoenix is the epicenter of Real Estate 2.0.<\/strong> That&#8217;s fancy term for interaction between the consumer and real estate professionals. It gives the consumer a chance to get to know you (the principle of transparency) and get valuable information about communites (the principle of local content).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phoenix is the epicenter of Real Estate 2.0<\/strong>.
