Okay, enough of the silly talk.\u00a0 I’ve got actual work to do.<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0 Free + ________:<\/strong> Permission Marketing<\/a> proponents love giving free stuff away.\u00a0 Make it a point to avoid this evil word your email subject lines.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0 Mortgage:<\/strong> Perhaps the evilest word of them all!\u00a0 How do you avoid this one if you’re a loan originator?\u00a0 I guess you could substitute nuuuwon.\u00a0 Or you can just make it a habit to check your subject lines for keyword spam infractions before sending.\u00a0 Either will do.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0 Low Interest Rates:<\/strong><\/span> Not that we have a problem with that right now.\u00a0 So I’m announcing a temporary hunger strike until rates drop back below 5%.\u00a0 Or at least until dinner.<\/p>\n
