But&#8230; there are triggers &amp; action sequences that do a lot.\u00a0 It might be the real deal.\u00a0 This said, especially since they are ditching or have ditched most of their upfront fees.]]<\/p>\n<p>So we&#8217;re smack dab in the middle of july.\u00a0 5.5 months left in this year.<\/p>\n<p>How&#8217;s it going?<\/p>\n<p>Making enough?\u00a0\u00a0 Was talking to <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.foreclosures.com\">Tim and Alexis McGee<\/a> the other day.\u00a0 They tell me that loads of Realtors are not chasing dreams and in are survival mode.\u00a0 But, that they don&#8217;t wanna leave the business that&#8217;s not making enough anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Look, 5.5 months are left.\u00a0 165 days.\u00a0 120 workdays.\u00a0 <em>Tick Tock. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Time is the enemy right now.\u00a0 And not go go all Purcell and Brady on you, but is it gonna be EASIER, EVER to build wealth than it is today?\u00a0 <em>Tick Tock.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>How many closings have you had?\u00a0 If you double it, is it enough?\u00a0 If it&#8217;s not, what will you do differently to get more business in the door?\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Tick Tock.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Most of the industry, like it or not, makes it harder to do deals past Thanksgiving.\u00a0 There are 137 days till then.\u00a0 And only 106 work days, based on a 5.5 day workweek.\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Tick Tock.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Now, I&#8217;m saying this because we gotta be cognizant every day that it&#8217;s go time.\u00a0 Time is finite.\u00a0 It&#8217;s every one&#8217;s tendency to spend some time, &#8220;planning to get ready.&#8221; <em>Tick Tock.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Now is ready time.<\/p>\n<p>Every month has an excuse not to do jack in real estate sales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>January- &#8220;All my clients Just got over the holidays.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>February- &#8220;All my clients Waiting for the spring rush.&#8221;\u00a0 (Deus ex machina).<\/li>\n<li>March- &#8220;All my clients are getting their houses ready.\u00a0 Mmm doggie, summer&#8217;s gonna RAWK!&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>April- &#8220;All my clients are waiting for summer.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>May- &#8220;All my clients are priced too high.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>June- &#8220;All my clients are expecting a deal that just doesn&#8217;t exist.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>July= &#8220;All my clients are on vactation.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>August= &#8220;None of my clients want to take their kids out in the middle of a school year.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>September- &#8220;You can&#8217;t get ahold of anyone around labor day.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>October- &#8220;This fall is unseasonably cold.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>November- <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloodhoundrealty.com\/BloodhoundBlog\/9159\/halfway-through-the-year-and-then-some-what-next\/#more-9159\" class=\"more-link\">Read more<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[[Crm notes: OK, I&#8217;m not gonna give a green light to Infusionsoft, not yet.\u00a0 I HAAAATE the interface.
