I originally wrote this and posted it on my new site, Straight Talk About Mortgages – The Bigger Picture<\/a>, but I’ve been urged to post it here as well.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So, I’m doing that.\u00a0\u00a0 Why have I set up another site?\u00a0\u00a0 It’s pretty simple…..<\/p>\n

The financial and real estate world that we are in are much more complex than most of us have ever experienced in our life times.\u00a0\u00a0 As part of what I’m going to be rolling out soon which I’m calling, “Straight Talk Lending,”<\/strong><\/em> I believe that it’s important that people have the an understanding of the bigger issues that are and potentially will be influencing their business, lending and real estate decisions.<\/p>\n

Typically once a week, I’m going to take an issue and dive into it on a much deeper level.\u00a0\u00a0 The opportunity to explore what it really means and how it’s going to impact the mortgage and real estate worlds is an exciting challenge and I hope it will be beneficial for many others as well.<\/p>\n

Okay, anyone who has watched the news, or at least the financial news in the last week, especially after Bernanke\u2019s testimony before both the Senate and the House has heard talk of an \u201cExit Strategy.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I think that it would be well for us to take a few minutes and look at a couple of questions relating to that issue:<\/p>\n
